Overall, I rate Reformation a Hit-or-Miss mainly due to the quality-to-price ratio. While some items are very expensive but are at least great quality, others are decent quality (like an item you would find at Target) with a premium price tag. The muse tee I would expect to be lower quality due to the price, but the black dress is priced WAY too high for how basic the quality is.
Overall, if you are happy to pay the premium price tags, I think Reformation is worth it. Some of their premium items are great and returns are free if you keep at least one item. But expect that some items may not meet your expectations. Personally, I would love to buy some of their sale items (all sale items are final) – I would recommend that you buy a few of their full-price items to try them on, return them, and then buy them again when they are on sale. That way, you can know what your size is and what to expect.
